Classes in the Club in Sandy Ground on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 6.30 p.m.

Susi Schroeder, director of the club, is holding a masters in sports science and phys.ed., She can look back on 20 years of experience in fitness training.
She is also a certified massage therapist and a personal trainer.
