Three fabulous bedrooms all with air conditioning, beautiful ensuite bathrooms and walk outs to the garden or balcony.

The master is in its own pavillion with a roof top terrace above. The two addl bedrooms are on the garden level and are large and spacious as well. Bedroom two has a king size bed and bedroom two has two twins.

The living areas are spacious and have windows and doors on to the pool and deck areas.

There are beautiful landcaped gardens to enjoy and the beach is just a short 2 minute stroll from the villa. As well arrangements have been made for the use of the Carimar Resort tennis courts which are just a couple of minutes away by foot. Now you can enjoy a private rental villa within walking distance to the beach, spa and nearby restaurants.

Policies

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for holiday bookings). Your deposit is refundable if notice is given more than 30 days prior to arrival.
