Policies

A 50% deposit is required within 2 weeks of booking to secure the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required prior to check in and will be returned within 30 days of departure.


CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you wish to cancel this reservation, cancellation must be submitted in writing (by fax, email or letter). Deposits are refundable in full (less US$100.00 administration fee) if notice of cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to the guest-scheduled date of arrival. Deposits are non-refundable if the owners or their agents in writing less than 60 days prior to arrival receive notice of cancellation. If the property is re-rented, we will refund all monies paid minus a 10% rebooking fee. There will be no refunds made for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures

We recommend that the Renter purchase travel insurance available through travel agents and insurance companies.


Rates on any of our listings are subject to change without any notice. Rates quoted on listings are for information purposes only and do not necessarily representing a final quote or rental rate. Wherever possible we have tried to secure the most current rate from the property owners.

10% discount on stays of 14 nights or more. This is not available during the Christmas/New Year Holiday season.
