Policies

A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival on Anguilla. Deposits are refundable in full (less US$100.00 administration fee) if notice of cancellation is received by the Owners in writing at least 45 days prior to the guest's scheduled date of arrival.
Deposits are non-refundable if notice of cancellation is received by the Owners in writing less than 45 days prior to the guest's schedule date of arrival. Full and final payment including all taxes & service must be received by the Owners at least 30 days prior to the guest's scheduled date of arrival.
